The black light paint is also often referred to as luminous paint or fluorescent paint. These are only reactive and glow under the luminescence of black light. These are used in a number of purposes including art, security and decoration.

If you have seen merchants who would often check if the money is fake or real under a black light device, you would notice that there is a portion that lights up on the bill as it is being checked. These have the same elements of black light paint only here, it is used in the form of an ink. Some of these are used for graffiti while others use these to paint art on to walls or other mediums.

The most common uses for black light paint would be on night clubs and other happening places. This adds pizzazz to any room and offers a psychedelic experience to those who are present. In broad daylight or under regular lighting conditions, these are not as bright and colorful. To most, it will appear to be quite dull and not as interesting to see. However, the moment that it is displayed under black light, it glows as if it were like hot lava spewing out of a volcano. These are often found to be a feature among night clubs. There are days when they host parties that involve this kind of paint to be used for the sole purpose of fun. There are also some events when performers choose to use this kind of paint on to their body and dance around under the light to give them an unusual glow.
