What are the Common Symptoms of Mild Anxiety Attack?

An attack of anxiety varies in different levels. Everyone must have had their own share of going through some of these levels once, twice, or more in their lives. The worst level of anxiousness is when you feel you are going to die. On the other hand, most symptoms of mild anxiety attack are quite manageable that you simply feel like you are more alert than usual.

A lot people deal with the mild symptoms of anxiety attack periodically particularly when they are very busy with their jobs. Running after the deadline or meeting a certain quota could raise one’s anxiety levels dramatically. Bosses who also demand a lot from their people both elevate their own stress levels and their employees’ too.

Some common symptoms of mild anxiety attack are slight dizziness, shortness of breath, sweating, or even slightly trembling. Mild nausea may be followed by lightheadedness while trembling may go with some tingling sensation in the face, mouth, hands, and feet.

Another symptom of people having a mild anxiety attack is the desire to withdraw or go away from social gatherings. You may also feel like you are having a hard time thinking straight and reasonably. You can neither concentrate on something you are seeing or hearing nor focus on someone talking right in front of you.

If you are experiencing any or some of these symptoms, it would be a great help to acknowledge that you are indeed having an attack of anxiety. This way, you would be able to deal with it and face it squarely by doing things to alleviate your anxiousness.
